ICE CREAM SANDWICH BAGS-- you can use a heat sealable bag if you choose, but you need to be super quick when packaging (so product doesn't melt!) so it has never been worth it for me. These bags are rolled over a few times and sealed with a label which works great and does not at all effect the quality of the product. 10/10 recommend.
